Studies have shown that it doesn’t matter what the demographic is – the same amenities tend to connect emotionally with buyers. Here are the top five from a study of 2500 potential home buyers done by Trulia:
- Master Bathroom
- Walk-in Closet
- Gourmet Kitchen
- Outdoor Deck
- Wood Floors
And, as it turns out, these are most likely the same things the seller loves about their home! As part of my listing consultation I always have a conversation with the sellers about what they love about their home. We can then take all this information and target these amenities in our marketing and staging efforts. It makes a difference in getting your home sold!
