If you’re a seller, you know that maximizing the exposure your home gets on the internet is one of your most important requirements. Agents, through their Brokers and marketing services, can get properties syndicated on lots of websites fairly easily. The question then becomes, do they engage these websites enough that they show when doing a search of the Realtor? Do they have premium listing accounts? Do they advertise on the websites? These all have an impact on your property not just being posted on the internet, but getting looks on the internet.
So don’t just take their word for it, search them on the internet and see for yourself that they’re fully engaged and active on the most important home search websites. Does this presence matter if your going to buy a home?
It sure does! An Agent who is fully engaged on the internet likely has a complete marketing program which also includes a large network of other Agent’s they have relationships with. Often, the first to know about new properties coming on the market is the first to be able to act on behalf of their buyers.
