While we’ve seen a 20% price increase over the last 12 months, housing prices are expected to rise a more normal 6% next year.  Mortgage rates, however, could rise 20% or more and we’re expecting more stringent qualifying guidelines as the Fed continues its quest to protect the average borrower.  Take these into consideration in deciding the timing of listing your home for sale – better yet contact me to discuss and strategize.
