international worldGreat article in USA Today about International Buyers who are attracted to the United States for a variety of reasons.  It can be for our country’s relatively stable economy and government, the still favorable housing prices in most areas, the weather or just a general attraction to America.

In any event, it is no secret to Realtors or Home Sellers that there is a great chance there will be International Buyers interested in almost any home for sale.  If you are thinking of selling your home, you need to make sure that your Realtor is savvy about marketing to International Buyers.  Make sure you discuss this early in the conversation so you don’t waste your time with an average agent who doesn’t know how to tap this market.  Ok, here’s the list and some of the countries might surprise you…
