Pleasanton Ranked As 4th Best City To Live And Launch

Pleasanton is in the national news again! cites the financial blog 24/7 Wall Street as ranking Pleasanton, CA as the 4th best place in America to live and start a business. Using Census Bureau data on categories including employment growth, educational attainment and housing affordability, they show a great place to live can also be a great place to start a business.

The median household income in Pleasanton is $112,665–a good thing considering home prices in Pleasanton are higher than all cities reviewed, except for six. The unemployment rate was just 3.7 percent last year, much lower than the national average.”

What are some of the great reasons to live in Pleasanton? At the top of the list has to be the great sense of community, one of the Bay Area’s best traditional downtown’s, and that down to earth feel you only get from an area that has rural roots.
